2 Services

3 Intellectual Property

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the content provided by Mary Madigan without prior written consent.

By engaging the services of Mary Madigan, Clients agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any content provided by Mary Madigan for commercial purposes without obtaining express written permission.

Clients retain ownership of any content they provide to Mary Madigan during sessions, but grant Mary Madigan a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing services.

Clients may not use Mary Madigan’s name, likeness, or branding for any purpose without prior written consent.

If Clients believe that their intellectual property rights have been violated by Mary Madigan, they should contact Mary Madigan immediately to resolve the issue.

Mary Madigan reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions.

4 Client Responsibilities

Clients must be at least 18 years old to avail of Mary Madigan's services. By using the services, Clients confirm that they are of legal age.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on the guidance provided by Mary Madigan. Mary Madigan shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the Client's decisions or actions.

You are solely responsible for the contents of your transmissions through the website and your use of the services is subject to all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree not to use the website or services for illegal purposes, not to interfere with or disrupt business connected to the website. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, in relation to all services associated with Mary Madigan and will refrain from unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, or obscene communication of any kind in connection with Mary Madigan or services therefrom.

6 Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for services is required in advance and can be made through this website using debit or credit card payment service. No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered, except where required by law.

Credit or debit cards may be used for payment of services, the cardholder must be the person making the booking or be present and knowledgeable of use of their card prior to transaction completion.

Mary Madigan reserves the right, in sole discretion, to immediately terminate your access to and use of the website and or the services without right to refund, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7 Cancellation Policy

At Mary Madigan Psychic, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We aim to accommodate such instances with empathy while ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

Notification of Cancellation:
We kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may be in need.

Limited Number of Cancellations:
Each client is allowed up to one cancellation without additional charge. Beyond this, we may need to review your booking privileges. This policy ensures that all clients have fair access to appointment slots.

Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation, though this may count towards your cancellation limit.

No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a missed appointment. Please be aware that two missed appointments will result in a review of your ability to book future sessions.

Preparation for Your Session:
To ensure a meaningful and timely reading, we encourage you to prepare for your session and ensure you are free from distractions at the scheduled time. This helps us provide the best possible experience for you.

Rescheduling:
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to find a new time that works for you.

8 Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Mary Madigan reserves the right to terminate a session if the Client engages in inappropriate behaviour or language.
